…atches Cloud Storage's skuMatchesStorageClass still treated a nil ServiceRegions as "every region" while an empty slice matched none. It now uses the shared skumatch.InRegion rule: named regions match only themselves, and a SKU with no regions matches only when GeoTaxonomy.Type is GLOBAL. The Cloud SQL, Memorystore and Cloud Storage extractors kept whichever matching SKU came last for each price slot, so catalog order decided the price. They now collect through skumatch.SlotPrices, which accepts agreeing duplicates and returns an "ambiguous catalog" error when two matching SKUs feed the same slot at different prices, the same rule computeengine's rateSlot already applies. Caveat (non-blocking, disclosed as #254): the extractors don't filter by term. …nt (#596) * chore(lint): reorder fieldalignment structs in providers/gcp Reorder struct fields to the fieldalignment-optimal layout. SQLPricing, StoragePricing, RedisPricing and the three service Client structs keep their order with a nolint because open PR #471 modifies those files. Part of #100 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(lint): re-enable govet fieldalignment Remove fieldalignment from govet.disable now that pkg and every provider module pass. Findings in _test.go files are excluded by message text, so other govet checks still run in tests; test-table layout is irrelevant and reordering positional table literals risks silent misassignment. Mirrors cloud-commitments-cli#2262. Closes #100 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(lint): keep field comments attached after fieldalignment reorder in providers/gcp Rebuild each reordered struct body so every field keeps its own doc comment directly above it and group headers head only the fields they describe (repeated per contiguous run where the layout splits a group). Documented fields are blank-line separated so no undocumented field sits under another field comment. Heads-up from claude-cc-libs: main now enables govet |
Main now enables govet fieldalignment. Reorder the fields of skumatch.SlotPrices (added by this PR) so the gcp lint job stays green, and reorder the cloudsql, cloudstorage and memorystore Client and *Pricing structs so their temporary //nolint:govet markers can go. Field order only: every literal of these types is keyed, and none is marshaled or reflected, so behavior is unchanged. skuMu moves last (pointer-free) and keeps a comment saying it guards skuCache. SlotPrices treated a slot as filled only when it held a non-empty SKU ID. Nothing upstream rejects a matched SKU with an empty SkuId, so a second matching SKU at a different price could overwrite the first instead of being reported as an ambiguous catalog. Track presence with per-slot flags and cover ID-less conflicts in TestSlotPrices_Add. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Finishes #97. #244 (merged,
Refs #97) moved Cloud SQL, Memorystore and Compute Engine onto the sharedskumatch.InRegion/skumatch.HasTokenrules. It deliberately left two pieces open:skuMatchesStorageClassstill returnedtruefor a nilServiceRegions(prices every region) while an empty non-nil slice matched none. It now callsskumatch.InRegion, the same rule as the other services.extractSQLPricingFromSKUs, memorystoreextractPricingFromSKUsandextractStoragePricingFromSKUsassignedonDemand = price/commitment = priceon every match, so whichever matching SKU came last in the catalog set the price thatCommitmentPrice,OnDemandPriceandSavingsPercentageare computed from. They now collect through a newskumatch.SlotPrices. Agreeing duplicates are accepted. Two matching SKUs that feed the same slot at different prices return anambiguous catalog: ...error, and the caller gets no pricing.
